Single-Wide
Single-Wide homes will have a block foundation or skirting this home has skirting around the bottom. They range from 14 to 16 wide in width. The length of these homes vary between 50 and 70 feet.
Double-Wide
Many Double-Wide homes in Montego Bay have 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and are 24 feet in width. Usually these homes are between 60 and 65 feet. All double wide homes have frames and axles underneath them and are supported by piers underneath the home.
Build-Over
When a Build-Over is remodeled the home started as a Single-Wide mobile home and was constructed to enlarge the space. Depending on the size of the Single-Wide mobile home the width usually is built to a width of 24 feet in width.
Modular
Modular homes are build in 2 pieces just as a Double-Wide homes are except they are set on a permanent foundation with a crane when they arrive to the home site. These homes have a large amount of attic space already included in the construction.
Stick-Built
Stick-Built homes are custom homes built from the ground up. These homes are 1 to 1.5 stories and come with many custom options. These homes can be built up to 25′ in width. These homes include a permanent stairway up to the 2nd story.
