While visiting Ocean City in July of 2018 we decided to begin looking for a beach property. We wanted to be able to enjoy our retirement years but also get a return on our investment when it was time to move on. Fortunately the first property we looked at was one listed by Larry Holdren Real Estate. Although we didn’t purchase that property, Larry was very helpful and knowledgeable. Larry explained the differences between the various options such as condos, co-ops, homeowner’s associations, etc. Once we determined our size and price range, Larry kept us abreast of what was available without being overbearing until we found our “dream beach house” in the Montego Bay community, closing on the sale in January 2019.
